All the street should have a playgroung reserved to children
The fear of parents to see their chidren alone in the street implicate the goverment. The Culture Minister is ready to set in place the playground. David Lemmy propose to create the place set to dispostion of younsters. The administration recall that for a acre of land dedicate to young children, there are 80 acres consacred to golf. The futhers of town center are crossed by the principal street. Here, the children are playing. The drivers go more fast in this street and dwarf the pedestrian. It’s very dangerous. We must create ‘village’ communities where the children can be observed.
The younest teenagers are the most vunerable. Between the kidnapers and the car accident, there arent spaces for this childrens saftey. The parents think to 43 per cent that the children souldn’t go with the friends in the street before that their fourteen birthay. There are more to think (about fifty or sixty per cent) that he shouldn’t leave their town before 16. The report realize by the chidren’s Society show that are a lot of friends, more than there are a generation ago. Their behaviour can be affected by the multip relationships. Bob Retemeirer, members of the chidren’s Society said : We have fear for our children, in paticulary when there are outside. Hewever, it’s a good thing to let our children play with their friends, it’s crucial for the personnal development. Roy Wheway, belong to the child Accident Prevention Trust, speaks the drivers irresponsible. He added : Where there arent the cars, the children are used to play and the parents are safety.
