and confidence.Today in the midst of technological world,where if one fail to have a job, he loses everything ,and if one have it , he is supreme in every sense.You should always have the right approach to get the right thing, but some times even your best effort does not provide you with any fruit,may be you are lacking in something or may be not , may be you are destined for this failure or may be not , may be this is not actually which you are looking for but still you are trying and at last you fail.There are many similar things like this !.After having the graduation degree they are free as bird, least knowing that what would be next,will they get a job or not.In Today’s world it is not very easy enough to be a part ofany company.you should be intelligent ,intellectual and above all with a very good percentage and from a reputed college.Unemployement rate is very high in India,every second person in India are graduating every year to seek for a job.Some getand some don’t .Companies policies has change over the recent years , rejection rate are more than the selection rate.Question arises why people are not getting job?.Some of them are uneducated ,some of are educated but still finding the key. Even with all sorts of intelligence and knowledge people fail ,why ?Whom should we blame ? is the candidate do not have the right approach ?is he weak enough?or is there something with the companies. Due to which people get depress,get dejected also get rejected , heart broken,exaggeration.Philosopher’s said that hardworking and failure are the key for success, may be it is right .So those who are still seeking for a job, a brand new day will come, don’t know when,but it will.Be prepared for everything and anything,be optimised and challengefull and then you can see the light of success.Just wait and watch, never know when opportunity knocks!
